Great Hibiscus Tea
Tastes great hot or chilled and has many health benefits including reducing high blood pressure (you can drink too much, I think around a litre a day is the safe limit but please research this). Fab value too.

Takes down blood pressure
Took down blood pressure for sure after a week of drinking 2 to 3 cups a day. Good taste, no sugar.

It's a blood pressure burster.
The amount of tea leaves in each pack is unbelievably value for money and the tea itself tastes great without honey or sugar

Decent taste, poor packaging
This is one of the decent tasting teas.Don't be alarmed if your tea turns blue, as it is rich in anthocyanins (pigments). The most disappointing thing is the packaging- 5 boxes are piled together by using scotch tape, and if you try to remove it (using any possible tool or way), it tears off the protective sealing on all of them. So, you end up using one box while others are drying up. It's a recurrent theme, happens with every order.

Lovely tea
I love hibiscus tea and we drink it in my native Lebanon to help lower blood pressure. It's delicious either as a hot drink or made up as usual as if making tea, leaving it to cool then transferring it into a bottle to keep in the fridge. It's lovely and refreshing for hot summer days.

and about 5 days in i did notice a better feeling and so far i have not suffered any ...
these did take a week to arrive, i intended to give them a try for my hearing problems, mainly `menieres ` ...... i have been having one mug a day for the last 3 weeks, and about 5 days in i did notice a better feeling and so far i have not suffered any further attacks, i cant be really sure if its the hibiscus or if its just a normal reprieve from the menieres, it will take a few weeks longer to be more sure, but i have ordered and received another supply, this time its rosehip & hibiscus tea bags, and having tried it i think it is slightly more palettable than the first, the first is by no means gruesome, but it is an acquired taste, ( kind of `aspirin` taste ), i can certainly put up with it if it helps . oh and the recent supply i have is called ` new english teas, rosehip and hibiscus , of which i intent to review in a few weeks to get a better idea .
