PetAliveFCV ProtectTM Granules

What an amazing product. I have used this on several rescue cats and they are back to themselves in a few days. The granules are so small, you just need to sprinkle a little bit on to their foods and they don't even detect it. I can't tell you how much we've saved in vet bills. And of course, we do take the cats to the vet when we see that its serious and they need a doctor immediately. This is great for when you see that they start to get the sniffles or the watery eyes and by the next day or two, they are back to their normal selves running around and playing with the others.

A few weeks ago one of the feral cats I feed had a severe respiratory infection. His breathing was bad, he had discharge coming out of his eyes and he looked really sick. This is a cat who has hissed at me for months. I opened the front door and he ran into my spare bedroom. (which was strange for him, but perfect!) Fortunately he loves to eat, so I sprinkled the recommended amount of this product on his food. In a couple of days he had greatly improved. This is a great price for any Pet Alive product. I have used other Pets Alive products and they have always worked. UPDATE: My indoor cat who has oral squamous cell cancer was coughing and sneezing. He had similar symptoms to the feral cat I gave this product to two years ago. I put a pinch of this product on his canned food 2X for the last 2 days. He is getting better quick! I would give this product 10 stars if possible!

I have used this for many years in the spray and was very happy. It was a great product that worked, was easy to use and wasn't invasive to the cats. Not anymore!This is the first purchase in granules which are are very small, difficult to count out then pick up, especially with long fingernails. I have five+ cats and none are thrilled with my finger in their mouth, even for a short time. The cats spit the granules out and I get bit. The object is to make them feel better.This WAS my go-to product that worked and was easy to use! I will not be buying it again especially in granules. I have no problem buying or recommending the spray. Just doesn't work like it used to. Waste of my money and my cat is still suffering! Disappointed and looking for an alternative in spray form!

Amazing stuff.. not sure why some people are complaining about the tiny beads?. A pinch means not counting them.. u don't have to be exact?.. get whatever u can in ur cat every 2 hours. It works.

i bought this product in hopes that it would help alieve the respiratory symptoms with a foster kitty. She has as best as we can figure a chronic case of herpes. She has been on daily prednisolone for years for IBS. When she came to the sanctuary/refuge where I use to volunteer, she was exposed to this virus(I am 99.9% positive) The vet said she had herpes. Ulcers in her mouth,on her tongue,sneezing,constant runny nose,and difficulty eating. We treated her for 1 month with antibiotics which got rid of the pus in her mouth but she continued with sneezing and runny nose. Her appetite was still poor. I was at my wits end!!!! So I bought this and gave it to her twice a day. Now she gets it once a day. I truly think this has helped her to feel better.Very,very occasional sneezing and now her nose runs just a little bit. I no longer have to clean her nose on a daily basis. I would recommend it to anyone who feels that nothing else has worked for their cat. It was worth the chance that it could make her life more comfortable. I mix a pinch in a couple cc's(ml's) of warm water and shake it up.Then I administer it slowly into her mouth. I hate giving her pills as I know she hates it too. All I can say is give it a try. If it works ...GREAT!!!!..if not....I feel for you and I hope that you find something that will work.. It may not work for every cat. Just remember there is no cure for herpes...just hopefully control it and keep the symptoms down to a tolerable level

This works well for 2 of my cats in helping with their allergies. It works best if I use it before their symptoms get too bad...like with pollen in the spring. Sadly, it has no effect at all for one of my other cats but this is not a defect in the quality of this product. It was delivered on time and packaged well. Plus, it is a better price here than from other sellers. With seven rescues with varying degrees of sinus issues affordable is great.

My kitty (21 months old) started sneezing in the middle of the night and would sneeze 10-20 times before stopping. The attack would start again every 5-10 minutes. I immediately ordered this product the next morning and had it at my door within 3-4 days. I am currently unemployed and was hoping and praying to avoid a huge vet bill. Kissimmee Love still ate and played, thus I new she was not "sick", but the sneezing persisted. Within 24 hours on this product, she was better. After 3 days, she showed a major improvement and would only sneeze a couple times every hour or so. I kept giving her the product in a bit of wet food for approximately 10 days. As she improved, I kept increasing the time between dosages. Note the directions say to give the product every 2 hours but doesn't say for how long!!! Bottom line, the product cured Kissimmee Love's sneezing problem. I would recommend this product.

This product does work . But it is extremely hard to give to the animal. If you have a picky feline then this is not the product for you or them . I have bought the spray and it is amazing but didn't have the money to buy it and settled for this in stead big mistake. I've found that if you wet the tip of a finger and then tip the bottle over the tiny tiny beads will stick to the finger , they are too tiny to pinch and then give to the cat. So I used this method and then opened the cats mouth and ran my finger tip with the beads up the roof of the cats mouth . Now unless you are no fearful of being bit this is the only way to give orally to the cat otherwise you'll have to sprinkle in their food and hope and pray they eat the food with the medicine in otherwise by the sprays spend that extra money great product have used the spray extremely effective and it does work. And the granules do work it just takes a little bit more patients using them .
