Best Gluten free noodles ever!!
These are very good, could never guess they are gluten free, tastes like how an egg noodle should and that is hard to find in a gluten free noodle. Gluten free pasta easy to get now, not noodles. Was very happy to make a few recipes hadn't been able to make for a long while.

Delicious gluten free egg noodles!!!
My husband has celiac disease, wanted chicken soup with egg noodles, the grocery store didn’t have any, so I decided to check with amazon, read the reviews, gave it a try, and it was delicious, I highly recommend this product!!

Rancid Product was disappointing
I was very disappointed with this product this time. The first time I received these noodles they were very good. This time as soon as I opened the package the rancidity hit me. I went ahead and prepared the product hoping it would be ok. I waisted time and additional ingredients bc in the end the rancid taste was still prominent. We didn't eat them. I had to start over on a side dish. Jovial pasta which is always fresh.

Better than most GF noodles
These hold up well and the instructions are very helpful. I cooked them for about 2 minutes and then added to a casserole. They held up great and even leftovers were great.

Delicious egg noodles
I made chicken and egg noodles and they were oh so good. My husband, who doesn’t have to eat gluten free was amazed at how good these noodles tasted. Let you in on my secret, I cook them in boiling water until they are almost to the texture that I enjoy (which is cooked longer than the package info). Then drain, rinse in cold water and put into the broth for the final cook time.

Like all things gluten free, they are pricey. But so good.
Any celiac will tell you that good GF pasta is almost impossible to find. Most of them are chewy and rubbery, and some are barely edible. These noodles are just good, they are great. I use them in my homemade chicken soup, and they are delicious. No one would guess they are gluten free, but then again, at the cost I won't be sharing. Still, a solid choice for the GF pantry.

The noodles are precut into approx 2 inch pieces
Taste good, but the fact that they precut to small sizes, which ruined my plans for the dinner I was making. You can easily get long ribbonlike wheat based egg noodles, so I don't get this. We aren't all making soup.

Good flavor
Works well in my recipes. Sometimes it's difficult to find good products for one with Celiac Disease.
