Love these! The paint will separate, so you have to shake it well each time & sometimes, if you aren't careful you'll get a little more than you planned for, if you're not paying attention... Be sure to keep your eyes on the paint coming down the tip.These things are going to happen with any paint pen, though, so no stars deducted.***There is a wonderful selection of colors with metallics, neons and a few glitters as well as some unusual colors like off white and a few pastels as well. I love these markers I am a first time user of this particular brand , they seem to work well so far and I love the selection of colors that I got . However upon receiving my pens I noticed that they were packaged kind of carelessly . They were not in a box but in a padded envelope and inside they came in the fabric case . I don’t really have issues with that however two of my markers seemed to have been damaged and when I opened them they had paint all over them I was very upset because one of the colors was the ONLY orange in that pack . I rinsed the marker off under running water and cleaned the outside . The marker still seemed to perform normally but as an artist u don’t want to waste even a small amount of art supplies u paid for so that’s why I did not give this review 5 stars , because I believe in quality control and should not have gotten leaky markers

My bf surprised me with these markers because I love making art and they are excellent! Nice variety of colors and comes out very smoothly. It comes with some paper too, but you might want to get some extra. The drying time is as expected about 10-15 minutes. I like the tip on these better than other paint markers I’ve used because it’s more pointed. The carrying case is so lovely too! Great gift for an art lover in your life

I have by far surpassed getting my money's worth from these! My fave markers ever! I have done colors on a couple sketches and gone through an entire adult coloring book and they are still just painting along! You do have to be gentle and make sure to shake them really well each time you use each one. I will definitely be getting another set soon! The paint flows nicely, smaller tips for paint markers had me curious but they only issue I've had was when I lost my balance and fell on top of them breaking my 4 favorite colors just 2 days after receiving them... But obviously that's on me lol.

Great opacity and I love the fine point (harder to find in acrylic markers) as it helps with detail work!! My black pen keeps building up paint on the sides and I worry it will splatter or glob on my art but I am just careful when using that one. If your using this on bare raw wood it can splatter a little when using but no issues if on a treated or painted surface. I would by these again, they are a helpful, high-quality addition to my ornament art business! 💙

I've tested the pens a little and there's no hesitation to the pigment or variation in thickness. that's an immediate plus. It didn't come in the flat package as shown in the picture. but I only had that effect the overall score. the true testament to quality is how lon h they'll last when stored properly. As far as initial impression they appear easy to use with flowing pigment thats appropriately controlled for optimum color.

I bought these hoping to use on super fine lines on paint by numbers. Unfortunately none of the colors come close to what I need except black and white. A bit scratchy on canvas too. Be careful you may just need a little and they surprise you with a big gob of paint occasionally. Probably better for decorating rocks or other items with colors provided. Need to make colors just for paint by numbers and softer tip . Hint hint

It's opaque not sheer and marks beautifully. Very handy and easy to use. Make sure you test it on one of the pieces of cardboard before you use it. It writes on anything including wood or stained wood. Just beautiful!
