Tasted Great and Had a Lot in It!
The taste was great, it almost was like eating a cereal in the morning. I am a bit of a picky eater and I loved this meal. It also had quite a bit in it where it was hard for me to finish the whole thing. If your planning to eat a big breakfast or have this as another meal or snack, I would recommend starting with this before adding more things to the meal, because this may fill you up and when backpacking you want to travel light and not bring a bunch of extra stuff with you.

High-quality and tasty.
This package makes enough breakfast for two hungry people. Very tasty and easy to prepare.

Perfect camping meal!
Great quality ingredients and it almost tasted like a quick meal you could make at home. Enough calories in the two servings for most of the day.

Tastes great!
This and the mountain berry granola is by far the best for hunting trips! Only thing is it says it is 2 servings and it is definitely not. I understand everyone eats different but I found myself wanting another bag so I'll order double next time. It tasted so good though, if I was full I would still eat it!

A bit crumbly
First of all, the preparation instructions need to be improved. They use an ink color that does not contrast well with the package making it difficult to read. We are not all 20 years old with perfect vision. The taste is very good although the prepared product is kind of crumbly and a little harder to corral on the plate than I'd like so maybe less sausage and more eggs would help. It does seem to be about half sausage. The product is also high in saturated fat and cholesterol. I'd love to see a turkey sausage and egg white version to counter this. Also, the instructions say stir at the beginning of preparation and end which I did. Some pieces were not fully hydrated though so next time I would stir again halfway through the hydration process. So, would I buy it again. Yes. It tastes a little better than the Mountain House Classic version but that one is good too and isn't so crumbly. I expect I will buy both for camping and emergency supply.
