Q: Is it high in the front

No not at all. They seem to come just a little above the ankle. My daughter is 9, 3rd grade, and LOVES THEM! However, I have seen her wobble in them, they are a little high, even for a wedge.

I am not sure but I can tell you I usually wear a 3, and in this style a 3 is too small. I got a size 4 which is a little big on me. I wish they came in half sizes as I feel a 3.5 would be just right. I am guessing your daughter would need a 7 as a 6 would be tight on her.

I think they are the same. My granddaughter loved these but grew out of them super quick! They are so cute though. If you can go up a size I would.

Are you saying your daughter’s 3yrs old? I’m not sure if they have them that small but I wear a women’s size 5 and got the shoe in a size 4. It fits perfect even with thick socks. You might want to get one size smaller than her normal shoe size.
