At first I do think this supplement really helped with regulating my cycle and reducing my menstrual symptoms, and I was really hopeful I had, at last, found something that truly helped with my perimenopause nonsense. Hence the 4 star rating. The last couple of months however I haven’t experienced the same efficacy. If you also deal with irregularity and the never-ending mysteries of Aunt Flo and her finicky disposition, than you’ll understand when I say that I honestly have no idea if the issue for me is a buildup/tolerance in my system or something related to my own hormonal imbalance, so I’m not sure it’s fair to downgrade this product’s rating when honestly who the bleep knows why I’m personally no longer experiencing the benefits. Either way, I’m personally not willing to increase the amount I take or continue purchasing. Supplements in general provide subtle improvements in my experience, and the efficacy tends to vary from one individual to the next, so this is just one middle aged woman’s experience. Not sure if that is actually helpful for anyone, but I think it’s important to contribute an honest overview.

I really like the affordability of this supplement. I feel like it is good quality as well, I have noticed a difference with taking these. They seem to be helping me. I will be buying this again when I run out.

Honestly, I get a little caught up with news and opinions regarding supplements. Not sure why I bought this other than yet another product that is supposed to do this or that. I'm not saying this is a bad product, I just decided taking too many different ones might not be such a good idea. I eat quality food a lot of fruits, vegs and make my own custom juice with fresh produce. Do I need all these other supplements? I d take additional C, D3 & magnesium and a quality Multi Vit.Think that should keep me going for another 20 - 30 years and I'll be in the Centurion Club
