WHAT A BOOK!!!
Rina, you said you poured your heart in this book and I totally agree!! I was crazily waiting for this book and started reading on the same day it released. It took me full two days to finish even though I couldn't put it down, sneak peeking in between my classes. It was ballistic, so many pure emotions. I always loved reading your books, always. But this book took a different place in my heart. It have antics, love(so much), so much pain, too many raw emotions. Your writings always have admired to me, it's your books that made me understand that if some situation, thing, condition is good for me might not good or rather say painful for other, some people just put a facade of happiness, when they dying bit by bit. Niko Niko Niko! I love the way he loves such a pure soul , Bran my god my heart broke for him, the agony and sufferings my heart and eyes couldn't take it well, Lan I liked him before but I love him now especially after the car scene and at the end when he and his other half had conversation open heartedly, Levi gained another lifetime of affection, love, adoration and respect from me (actually from the whole lot I actually wanted my dream partner to be somehow mixture of Levi, Johnathan, Aiden, Cole, bit of Xander, and Remi's, Kirill and ofcourse Eli's persona ).This book bulldozed every barrier to reach my heart! I always emotionally prepare myself not to cry my heart out before reading anything wrote by you, but everytime I fail miserably. This book is beautiful mixture of choas, love, lots of love, fury. Emotions, so many of them that I read the second half in blur, it's not my first time I read all your books repeatedly and so, how can this beautiful book be an exception. Utterly loved it Rina! I am patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for Ava and Eli story ,you can say since Royal Elite epilogue I have been waiting for Eli! These glimpses of Eli you dropped here and there, I collected them and stored in my heart and brain but I know and understand how much you pour your heart and soul to a character, so I will patiently wait. Your every book have a special place in my heart and this book forged in and made a safe place there.

Out of all the books, this one is the best!
I can see Rina Kent's fans really like it unhinged. I'm not a fan of unhinged, but God I did like all of the books from this series. And this one tops. I was expecting Nikolai to be the one playing games, but I was so wrong. He's the best and most lovable character of all. I loved how they love each other. The story was so well written, it kept me hooked and intrigued throughout the whole book. I pulled an all-nighter (which I had stopped doing) just to finish this one. And now I feel a sense of fulfillment. As much as I wish to see this as a movie, I don't want to ruin the imagination and every detail of the story I painted in my head. From the sex, to the painting scenes, to Niko's concerns, everything was so vivid to my imagination. Thank you for this book. I loved it.

quite long
I’m a sucker for dark and psychotic stories and tv shows but this wasn’t even at 5 % of darkness ,quite a lot of smut and unrequited double sided love parts it was sweet to read but i had to skip parts because it was predictable.Wish the story was a bit stronger. It’s a one time read for me.

A Masterpiece
I love this book so freaking much. It is so beautifully written. This literally broke me into a million pieces and then fixed me. It was heartbreaking but also heartwarming. Niko is literally such a ray of sunshine. I love how fiercely he loves Brandon. I’m so glad that Brandon could finally heal and see himself the way Niko sees him. The only thing I regret is that I won’t get to read this book for the first time ever again. This book is so meaningful to me and it literally had me sobbing a lot of times but also made me feel so many emotions. I’m gonna keep coming back to this book so that I can experience the pain and joy of reading about Niko and Bran’s epic love story.

It is a 5 STAR read!
Brandon king & Nikolai Sokolov may have become the couple goals of 2023, it was my most anticipated read for this month.Coincidentally, it is mine as well @author_rina's first MM book and she has hit all the correct points in this book. I have read all the other books of the Legacy of God's series and as much as I have loved those, this book was definitely different and a lot better than the rest of those. It is definitely Rina's one of the best written books there is.I loved how Nikolai is a character who is shown to have open on both perspectives of his individuality. He never shied away from his savage side or from his vulnerability side and never from his sexual preferences. He was himself throughout and that's a thing we don't get to see in a lot of male characters. He is a big teddy bear inside that broad tattooed shoulders he carries around.Coming to Brandon, I really want to give him a hug and protect him from everything in the world. The depiction of the inner struggle he goes through was real and raw and I felt that pain as if it was my own. It also showed how open a person he is with the right people. I really love him.The relationship dynamic between Nikolai and Brandon gives the sense of a balanced relationship, they help each other with their shortcomings and they complete each other in a very complimentary way.Other than Brandon & Nikolai I loved how Landon carried the climax at the end, even though I have been on edge about Landon's character since his book, this one really earned Landon some golden brownie points.Even though it doesn't have trigger warnings but still I would like to advise that there are suicidal attempts, thoughts, self-harm. So if anybody is struggling remember your mental health is important and do not read it if any of these are your triggers.

My only 5 star book so far
It has good writing, a great balance with plot and romance as well as amazing character development. You will laugh a lot and maybe cry a bit but it is totally recommended.

A gravitating and intense romance that curls your toes!
This review may contain spoilers, so fair warning, upon reading the review.Book Evaluation:Plot: 🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️World Building:🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎Cover:📔📔📔📔📔Intimacy Level: 🔥🔥🔥🔥Relationship Building: 💒💒💒💒Heart & Feels:💞💞💞💞Witty/Banter/Reaction of Laughter: 😂😂😂😂Page Turner Level:📖📖📖Ending:🧧🧧🧧🧧🧧Overall View: ✨✨✨✨5First ImpressionsGod of Fury is the fifth installment in the "Legacy of Gods" series and this series has completely blew me away and I was so curious to see how this author would handle a MM romance as this is her very first novel in this type of romantic interest and she knocked this aspect right out of the park. God of Fury is a story that I think may push some readers and may not exactly work for everyone but I was so fascinated in the growth that we see our couple go through within this story. I had such a fun time with this match up because on the surface you wouldn't think that these two would have anything in common, but when it comes to the heart and mind....they truly find what they need in each other but their journey is a battle.First LineWhat am I doing here?SummarySo the setup of the story is that we have our two male protoganists: Bran and Niko. Niko is the psychopath of the two. He is such an alpha male, and he has his eye on Bran and wants him more than anything. So much so that he is losing interest in what he normally has interest in. Then we have Bran, who has his own mental struggles he has been battling it, and is more of a demisexual. So we see how struggles being in relationships...until Niko. Niko has him feeling things especially more sexually that he has never really experienced but he has always considered himself straight, and doesn't know how to face up to being attracted to Niko in the way that he is. There is this pull and push between Niko and Bran on what they have and if its worth fighting for....will Bran be able to fight for Niko and their love before Niko gives up on him completely? What I LovedWow! this book packed such a punch and I was there for the ride that this author takes us on. I absolutely adored Niko so much. He was a hoot. Seriously this character had me laughing all over the place. He is such a anti hero and its delicious. I have always loved Niko though and if you have read the other books in the series you are very familiar with his crazy. Then we have Bran who is the prentious prideful of his group of friends. Bran has been the character that we have seen to be the most mysterious. We just know he is the serious twin, but his character is more in the background. In God of Fury we get to see his story and see his background and his story melted my heart and broke it just a bit. What we see Bran struggle with was so heartbreaking. Through much of the story you aren't sure what he is struggling with exactly or what trauma he was dealt, but you know its pretty bad and you know his family is ignorant of it. He has kept it hidden and for years has been dealing with severe depression and is on the verge of being suicidal. I really connected with his character and his struggles. I think if any reader has dealt with depression of any kind, they will be able to see so much of themselves within Bran's character. So the romance is very push and pull. Bran is always on the run and Niko is the one chasing. But there is so much more happeni9ng with Bran than meets the eye. Niko knows that there is something deeper driving Bran's fear then just him coming out of the closet as gay. But Bran is on the run not just sexually or physically but also very emotionally. Niko is pretty patient considering the fact that he is a bit of a psychopath. We see how much he is having to deal with but also knowing that their relationship is practically forbidden and that Bran's twin is his greatest enemy. What we see being developed within the plot was so superb. It kept me on edge all the way through. What will really carry the reader through though is the depth of their relationship. I loved the feel of cat and mouse play game that these two go through and the third act was simply perfection. I knew going into this what was ahead for this one and its hard to see but Rina Kent really handled this scene so very well. I was highly impressed with how it was handled, and seeing how the family and especially Niko deals with it, just breaks your heart. But these two come out on top in the happily ever after and Kent has created such a unique dynamic romance that melted my heart from beginning to end.Spoiler(view spoiler)What I Struggled WithThe pacing in this book dragged a bit in some parts. The middle section of the story kinda was a bit slow at times. So I feel like there were aspects to the battle between Niko and Bran going back and forth that could have been reduced just a bit because it did get slightly repetitive. But I only knocked off half a star for this element as the rest of the story was a win for me.Overall ViewGod of Fury is a powerful story that tugs at your heartstrings and melts your heart at the deep vibrant emotion that carries the romance through. Its a story of identity, growth and learning to heal past wounds and embrace the love that is steady and impactful.Favorite Quote(s)Seems that Bran runs way deeper than I thought, but as he hangs on to me as if I’m his only anchor, I know that I’ll never let him go. Not even if I burn with him. For him. In him. I’d willingly catch fire if he so much as asked me to.Book Details (also in my shelves)Sub Genre: Dark Romance, New AdultCharacter Types: Alpha Male, Anti Hero, Athlete, PsycopathThemes: LGBTQ, Hot Smexy Times, PTSD, SecretsTropes: Forbidden Love, Unrequited Love, Enemies to LoversBook PerspectiveDuo POVRelationship Conflict vs Plot ConflictA Mix of BothSong This Book Inspiresk( all I got to say) by NUVILICESRecommendation For Reading OrderYou can read as standalones, as the events intermingle with all books in the series

UTTERLY OBSESSED
♾️🌶🌶🌶🌶Search up TWI loved every minute of reading God of Fury by Rina Kent. To be a part of Niko and Brans love story was everything and consumed my life. Their story was beautifully written and heartbreaking. The character development of Niko and the complexity of Bran's character were beautifully portrayed. I fell in love with Niko and his lotus flower. I laughed, gasped, cried, and threw my book across the room at one point! But the rollercoaster of emotions was absolutely worth it. And as always, expect the unexpected from Rina. "Even if you hate yourself, I'll love you for both of us"An ill-fated meeting puts Bran in the sights of Niko. They are both polar opposites, and not to mention Brandon's twin brother is Niko's enemy. Bran is a quiet artist, and Niko is the heir to the Bratva and choas incarnate. Despite the differences and Bran's best efforts, Bran has caught Niko's attention. Bran learned the hard way that being wanted by this beautiful nightmare is much worse.🖤Mafia Prince X Golden Boy 🖤Push Pull🖤High Angst🖤Grumpy X Scary Sunshine🖤Secret Romance🖤Gay Awakening
