Great and Easy to setup
This was easy to setup and had my restaurants phone lines up and running in no time.

Used with Yealink phones
This was a replacement item that had been shorted out in a thunderstorm. It was simple to hook back up to my system. Works just like it should for the VOIP phone.

Do not buy
I bought two units for two different locations. One unit arrived used and locked up so my phone provider could not register/provision it. It was supposed to be new. When I tried calling the vendor and Amazon try to call the vendor we found out that the number they provided was a fake number.

Stop working after 14 months
I expected this product to work for longer than the one-year warranty period. The Yealink phone (W56H) volume was also a lot less than desired. Would try a different technology.
