This is a nice mix of seeds, and they sprout really well. I make a sprout bowl for dinner every couple of weeks and my family loves it: sprouts, rice, cheese, corn, black olives, peanuts, scallions, avocado, and a bit of olive oil with garlic. I normally use these sprouts along with some radish sprouts.

These seeds for sprouting were Awesome. They also sprouted very good. They were so delicious too. I would recommend these to anyone. I followed the directions and before I knew it I had an abundance of sprouts that I shared with friends and family.

Very Happy! Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I have not opened the can. The order shipped fast, great condition and looks good. I am using up some others that are open now and will post another update when I open this can and use it.
