This has a sweet taste with just the right amount of tang. It is not overwhelming and definitely not a mayonnaise type taste. I have shared the Bookbinders Tarter Sauce from friends and neighbors and they all get hooked on it. It is one of the many things that has made Bookbinders Restaurant Famous.
