Tech Armor Ballistic Glass Screen Protector Designed for Apple NEW iPhone 12 mini 5.4 Inch 3 Pack Tempered Glass 2020

I am clumsy so I need a protective shield for my phone. This one is easy to use, goes on perfectly and has lasted through my phone dropping. Price is right and doing it yourself saves money.

These are amazing!! I’ve had some pretty bad phone drops and the screen protector has split, but it comes with a couple and it’s SO easy to put on. Never had the screen of my actual phone get damaged. I’ve been using this brand for years, but they improved it so now it comes with a plastic thing you put around your phone when you are putting the screen protector on, so the screen protector drops right down and perfectly in place.

I’ve used this brand on at least two, maybe three different phones. They are super tough and work well will the touch screen/camera. Might take a little time to clean/prep the phone, but fairly easy installation. This last one I had on my phone for about a year and a half before I dropped it and it finally got a few cracks across it. Not bad and still works fine. I don’t drop my phone every day, but it has happened plenty of times over the years. Glad it was just the screen protector and not the screen that cracked. But I have two more from the 3-pack if I ever get in the mood to replace this one!

Short Version:These screen protectors originally caused the touch screen to not work but after updating the iPhone 12 Mini to iOS 14.2.1, the touchscreen issues were resolved immediately.Whole Story:I originally purchased these screen protectors for my wife's iPhone 12 Mini that we bought on launch day and applied one immediately. I was disappointed that the screen protector significantly impacted the way the touchscreen worked; swipe up to unlock didn't work, answering calls was difficult and near impossible, and entering the PIN did not recognize many of the numbers when touched. I optimistically thought the original screen protector may have been defective and used the last one (one was discarded because a piece of dust flew in under the protector just before it was applied) to see if it was isolated to just the first one I put on but unfortunately experienced the same issue. I reached out to Tech Armor Support via email and they explained that the issue was due to the adhesive needing to cure for 24-48 hours and offered to send me a replacement product. After receiving the replacement, this time with the expectation of letting it sit overnight to let the adhesive cure, I installed it and experienced the same issues as before but noticed the iOS 14.2.1 update was available to install. After updating to that version, the touchscreen works as flawlessly as it did without the screen protector. The touchscreen issues appear to have been related to the software and not the product. Thank you Tech Armor for excellent customer service and making my situation right!This is a great product and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a multiple pack of quality screen protectors for their iPhone 12 Mini.

How do you really know how good a screen protector is?Looks nice. Doesn’t interfere with case. Doesn’t hinder touchscreen, or forward selfie camera.Check, check, check and check.I’m not going to TRY and scratch it to see how durable it is…It comes with an installation tool that makes it fool proof.You snap this plastic thing to the front of your phone (have to remove your case first).Then, after carefully removing the back liner on the protector, you just “drop” the protector into the tool.It aligns it PERFECTLY. And it just sucks itself to the phone with zero bubbles.I’ve installed a lot of protectors and this one, by virtue of the tool, is DEFINITELY the best.

Smooth glass feel. No fingerprints. The plastic guide makes alignment easy. To ensure bubble free applications, you have to make sure the phone is perfectly cleaned using the included wipes and dust removal tape. If you drop your phone, this screen protector will take the hit by absorbing the impact rather than the phone's screen. The protector may crack in that scenario, but that's why three are included.
