I don't give the 5 star review just because it is quite heavy so if you have a weak grip be just careful to not drop it and hurt yourself. Otherwise it's lovely, my skin and hair are smoother. Doesn't leak or anything, and if it does it comes with a sealer tape which I did not use, no need. It looks posh on your shower and does the job. I feel lighter coming out of the shower because it makes the water less hard due to the filters inside. I like it.

We needed a new shower head for our Mira Azora electric shower. After my usual over-long comparing the options on Amazon, I opted for this Meko. It says it is handheld but it sits vet happily in the shower-head holder. Installation was very easy and it even looks good. In use, it is easy to switch between the three modes and water is delivered at good pressure. There are none of the mis-directed strands of water from which the previous shower-head suffered. I have had two showers under the Meko now, and have enjoyed them. We are not in a hard water area so cannot comment on that, but shampoo and shower gel lathered well. Thoroughly recommend this if like me you are struggling to choose between the many options. Just as an aside, the illustration is a cut-away to show what is inside the cylinder - you cannot see it so I am taking it on faith!
