very easy to use. I just got it. i drink it first thing in the morning. shake the bottle us the dropper in a 8oz glass water with ice and there is no taste. its a great way to wake up before you have your first cup of coffee. i do make sure the dropper is empty before I shake the bottle. its great. so for there is nothing not to like. i do see a difference in my ankles

You do it once a day in the morning.In a small amount of beverage, like orange juice or iced tea and I could feel worth the 1st day.I like it because it's all natural.And you don't have to do it more than once a day.It was worth it and it did everything said it would thank you.I will definitely keep it in my house

I received this product on Saturday so I've only been using it for a few days now. But I can already feel a difference in my mood, bloating and overall well-being. Give it a try if you like myself were stuck in fight or flight mode.

I haven't had a chance to really use this. But when I have added it to my beverage, it didn't change the taste and if it's helping, I'll take that.

I think this product was good and I'm going to try another brand to see how it does my lymphatic system
